No Morning meeting this week.

Use the time to work your Flag routes.

On June 9th we will be working our Flag Day installation of the flags. Use your time to place flags or consider being a ride along on a route.

Announcements

On June 16^th in the evening we will be conducting our Installation meeting at the Melissa United Methodist Church. We will gather at 6:00 and eat at 6:30 with the program to follow. Please RSVP with John and include your spouse if possible. Our Guest presenter will be Howard Templin our incoming District Governor. Dinner will be by Tracy Catering, a local Melissa business.

Last week's actions

We held a very successful Memorial Day observance. There was a large group of Melissa citizens who came to join us. Madison Fulenchek played taps while Kathy Mixson read the names of those service personnel who died on active service. Tyler Normand the Minister to Student at First Melissa spoke about Memorial Day and his own family’s service to our country.

Last week we had internet issues so we did not have a chance to learn about the Urban Gardening Fellowship. We hope to have them present on a date in the near future. We did have a nice time of sharing Happy dollar stories and general fellowship.
