On Feb 3rd we will be hearing from J.C. Beltran. J.C. has prepared a 25min. presentation including Q and A titled Are You A Leader Worth Following?  Effective leaders see their role as one of helping others achieve their full potential. A leader worth following must first know themselves to lead themselves. His presentation brings to the surface 2 important questions; 1. Do you intentionally know when you are offering someone Support or Challenge? 2. Do you DominateAbdicateProtect or Liberate
This powerful discussion will benefit our members both professionally and personally.
