On April 14th we will be hearing from J.C. Beltran. He has over 25 years leading, teaching, coaching and guiding in various industries and multiple management levels. His industry knowledge spans commercial and retail banking, mortgage, finance, retail sales distribution, providing world class customer service and developing high performance teams. He has led executive teams of over 30 direct reports and over 350 indirect reports while managing a profit and loss statement in multiple divisions. Throughout his career he has held executive positions with Smith’s Food and Drug Inc, Downey Savings and Loan, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank One and Zion's Bancorporation. He has been a sought-after speaker and panelist nationally and regionally on topics such as employee engagement, sales, conflict resolution and executive coaching. Last week's actions
Last week we heard about Habitat for Humanity from Richard Corcoran. Richard is the Planned Giving Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Collin County. He will be making a presentation about "Habitat Today" and how we can be involved with their mission to help the least of these.

Our Member of the Month is John Cave.
John joined Rotary back in 2018 based upon a ad in the local newspaper. He found friendship and the opportunity to serve the community. John is married to Debbie, and they have two sons in the local area. They choice Melissa as it is close to both families and close to volunteer opportunities.  John volunteers with his wife at Meals on Wheels, helping in the kitchen on Tuesdays and Thursdays. John also works as a volunteer Tax aid for AARP during Tax season. Most recently John joined the Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Chamber Board.
