Last week's actions
Last week we had a spokesperson, Tori Walters, from the Pork Board teaching us about where our meat comes from. Tori Walters is a Technical Communications Specialist at Pig Improvement Company (PIC) where she works with the technical services team to disseminate technical information to customers. She is a certified PQA trainer and served as a student editor for the Pork Information Gateway (www.porkgateway.org) during her time at NC State. Tori did a wonderful job teaching about how hogs are breed and raised.
