Mark your calendars
Our Speaker for April 22nd will be Tabita Sparks of Rotary Int'l. Tabitha Sparks is the Annual Giving Officer for Zone 25B. In her role, Tabitha develops fundraising strategies to support the Annual Fund by providing counsel and resources to regional and club fundraising volunteers. She helps Rotarians in the Texas area motivate and inspire other Rotarians to support their club and The Rotary Foundation. She works with leaders in clubs and districts to raise awareness about the Annual Fund and the good we can do by supporting these causes. She joined the Rotary staff team in December 2019.

We should also have some time for fellowship and happy dollar stories.

Announcements
Our Speaker for April 29th will be our very own member, Jesse Hauptrief. Jesse will be sharing about his work with a Disaster Relief organization. Jesse has been called out a number of times over the pass year to help with relief efforts. Jesse was involved with the Dallas Tornado that ripped through North Dallas. He also helped a number of Melissa residents that were impacted by the recent freeze and busted water lines.

We should also have some time for fellowship and happy dollar stories.
Last week's actions
Last week we gathered to perform a service project. The club packed up 50 Veteran Comfort kits. These kits will be delivered to the District Conference to be combined with other clubs efforts. The Kits will be delivered to the Dallas VA hospital so that volunteers can pass them out to Veterans staying at the VA Hospital. Each kit will allow a Veteran to have Hygiene items to provide comfort and personal sanitation with dignity.
