Theme of the month is Disease Prevention

On Thursday Dec 2nd we will be hearing from our two new members, Judy Dobbs and Jeff Butcher. They will share about themselves and why they joined Rotary. We will also be making up goodie bags for our Varsity Football Team to cheer them on in their next Game against Stephenville. Kellie will have the materials and we will be the willing hands to put the bags together.

Announcements
On Dec 9th we will be viewing a Rotary International Video which will help us see the global impact of Rotary.
 
On Dec 12th in the evening, we will be having our Christmas Social at Wendi Lear’s home. Details to follow.
 
On Dec 16th we will not have an in person meeting in the morning. We will be conducting a Service Project in support of Wreaths Across America. We will gather at the Melissa Cemetery at 4:00 pm to prepare for the event on Saturday Dec 18th. The Wreath Across America will be at 11:00 on Saturday Dec 18th.

Member of the Month
Our Member of the month is Dana Worth. 
Dana has a heart that beats to serve. He joined the Melissa Rotary Club in May 2013 and has served faithfully since then.  He has served on various committees throughout the years as well as back-to-back terms as Club President from 2014-2016.  
Dana also loves serving in his church and his clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate.  
He greatest love is wife and family.  Dana and Barbara have been married 40 years and have two children and four grandchildren that are their pride and joy.
