On October 5 the Melissa Rotary Club is hosting a presentation on the upcoming Bond election.  On November 7, we will be voting on the upcoming Bond items, which will be $683M ($380M for County roads; $260+M to expand the county courts facility; $5.7M for the Collin County Animal Shelter).
Mark Quinn, DVM, landowner and Anna resident, managing owner of Melissa Feeders feedlot for the past 34 years, Vice Chair of the Collin County Planning Committee and member of the Collin County on the Move PAC 2323, will speak to the Melissa Rotary Club on October 5th regarding the upcoming Nov 7 bond election items. Mark helped put together the bond proposal, and will be able to answer your questions.
