Jesse Hauptrief was sworn in June 16th to lead the Melissa Rotary Club through the next year, focusing on expanding the club's service and membership to encompass the rapidly growing and diverse community of Melissa, Texas.
At the installation dinner, held at the Melissa United Methodist Church, the incoming Rotary District 5810 Governor, Howard Templin, swore in the new officers. Both he and the incoming District 5810 Assistant Governor, Tamika Washington, attended as special guests. Judy Dobbs and Kathy Mixon were sworn in, respectively, as treasurer and secretary for the upcoming year, with terms beginning July 1.
